One more assignment has been assigned to websys. Mrs Magdalini Agrafioti entrusted us for the creation of her corporate website, objective of which is to inform its audience on psychology topics and promote the business. Most important aspect of the website is the fully customised interface integrated with a content management system that allows the website administrator to add new content or update existing one.

 One more cooperation has begun and is already on its way
SquareMeter is a real estate company based at Serifos island with expanded activities to other islands such as Kithnos, Sifnos, Milos and Kimolos. Main activities of the company vary and include selling, buying, renting and restoration and interiopr decoration of properties.
Main features of the cooperation are the construction of the company's website and the development of a fully custom application for property management. More specifically, the website consists of a fully customized interface, friendly to the end user, that in conjuction with the content management system makes the website easy to use on both user and administrator sides.
Also, the property management application allows squaremeter to exhibit the properties that the company offers.

 Yet another cooperation has started and is already at the development stage
ALY a company that produces custom switches, entrusted us for the creation of its website. The website includes the design and also the development of a content management system (CMS) in order to allow the administrators of the site to easily enter new content or update the existing one.
In addition to the above, ALY chose us to optimize the website for search engines (S.E.O) thus ensuring a constant growth to its visitor counts along with constant promotion from search engines with no additional costs.

The British Hellenic chamber of commerce entrusted us for a series of projects including
• the chamber's website,
• the new updated version of the business directory in CD ROM format
• the creation of a fully custom application for sending out newsletters.
More specifically, regarding the chamber's site, Websys was assigned to design a user-friendly interface and develop a content management application that would allow the administrators of the website to easily add new content or update the existing one.
Also, the chamber selected the option of search engine optimization for its site (S.E.O) in order to ensure a constant increase of its visitors while at the same time enjoying the free promotion coming out of search engines.
Moreover, the chamber entrusted us the development of a custom application for its website, designed especially for job searching. Through this custom application a company may login and chose from the users that have uploaded the CVs the most suitable ones for interviews while certain individuals can upload their CV and simply wait for a company to get back to them.
Regarding the electronic version of the business directory in CD ROM format, the chamber assigned its development through flash technologies in order to achieve the best possible result and a very high level of interactivity. In CD ROM version of the directory, the end user is no longer obliged to go through many pages that are of no interest to him, but instead, can go straight to the point of interest.
In addition to the above Websys developed an application that enables the chamber to send out newsletters to its members and accept orders. The application is made from a series of features including order management.
More specifically, the application allows the administrators to send out e-mails to several users, import users' databases by simply importing them in an excel file and allowing the entry of new orders and entry details for the companies that will be listed in the directory. Also one of the most important features of the system is the ability of the administrators to look up which users have viewed the e-mail and which haven't.

 One more assignment has been assigned to us and has been successfully completed
Imperial Tobacco, in cooperation with Scholz & Friends, entrusted us to design the Davidoff newsletter. The design was of very high standards thus ensuring the effectiveness towards its audience.
